How to Join Publishing Helpers

To join publishing helpers as a buyer or seller please just use our simple sign in process and create an account. You will need to provide a verified email address so we can insure your order information and updates arrive in a timely fashion.

Once you have joined please feel free to say hello in our forums as there are thousands of folks just like yourself who are looking to help with publishing, or have questions.

How to become a Seller

To join publishing helpers as a buyer or seller please just use our simple sign in process and create an account. You will need to provide a verified email address so we can insure your order information and updates arrive in a timely fashion.

Once you have signed up for the website and verified your email address, you are free to post as many jobs as you like. Once these jobs have been posted we will personally send you an email with further instructions. These emails will generally require you to send links to your portfolio and prior work done on other websites. While you are gather this information to email back to our team, we will be reviewing your Helper Job for quality and clarity to make sure it fits with our standards and the services we hope to offer to authors.

We will either approve your Helper Job and it will go live, or give you further instructions on how to improve on it. Our goal is to get you as many sales as possible!

Order Disputes

How are disputes handled?

Disputes on all orders are handled by our editorial team. We will objectively look at where the order is at and message both parties and attempt to find a solution that works for everyone. We will not judge an order that has been finished and rated, unless this order has not be completed in full.

In the future we will be implementing a system where disputes handled by our community of helpers and authors.

Should I file a dispute?

Before you file a dispute claim on your order, the best outcome is always to try to work out any issues with the seller, you are also free to contact us for support on the matter before you file a dispute. Once a dispute has been filed the issue will be given to our editorial team and they will decide the outcome of the dispute. Anytime you can solve this between a helper and a buyer this is the best outcome.

Publishing Helper Fees

How are Commission Fee’s Calculated?

Publishing Helpers charge 15% commission on every order. These are split between the Helpers and the Buyers.

Helper Jobs are commissioned at 10%

Buyers pay 5% commission when they order any Helper Job

These fees insure we can run the site and maintain our staff of admins and 24/7 support.

How to Submit a Helper Job for Approval

We value quality work at Publishinghelpers.com Our goal is provide the best possible experience to our sellers and buyers. This starts with you as a seller being able to provide the best possible experience to your buyers. Because we vet our sellers and we guarantee quality this means you can charge a premium for your services and have less competition from sellers who might not be able to provide exactly what they claim.

To submit your Helper Job please fill out every aspect of your order including at least 2 graphics that show examples of your work. Submitting a video about your services putting a personal touch on things will also greatly increase your chances of the Helper Job being approved. After we review the Helper Job our Trust and Safety team will contact via your email and let you know if you have been approved or if more information is required.

If you have been approved your Helper Job will go live immediately.

If you have not been approved the email you receive will have more instructions. Usually this will consist of a questionnaire and a link to provide more examples of your work.

If you are not approved right away please do not get discouraged, most Helper Jobs are not approved the first time as it is very important to us that you can provide the work you claim, once you send the required information and we review everything we will contact you again via email and give you more information.
